A private treatment room in Old Town Basalt, on your schedule.

Keep a regular weekly time in a quiet, fully furnished treatment room, without the cost of a full-time lease. It suits massage therapists, bodyworkers, and other independent practitioners who see clients on a set schedule, such as Monday afternoons, Wednesday evenings, or Saturday mornings.

The room

• Quiet second-floor setting at 110 Midland Ave, 2nd Floor, Basalt

• Reserved parking for your clients

• Wi-Fi, heat and cooling, and keyless app entry

• Free cellar storage for your supplies with any standing block

Rates

Standing weekly block: $40 per hour. Same day and time each week, 2 hours minimum. 3-month start, then month to month.

Occasional use: $50 per hour, for any open time.

A standing Monday 1 to 5 pm block works out to $160 a week.

How booking works

Email us for open times. The first confirmed booking holds the time, and confirmed bookings are never bumped.

What you’ll need

• Proof of liability insurance

• A current Colorado license or registration, if your work requires one
